Please read all of our policies below BEFORE placing your order. 

Thank you for shopping at Search4tshirts.com.  Our goal is to provide our customers with the best t-shirts possible with a fresh selection of new cool t-shirts.  Before contacting us please read this page completely, as most of our policies including our return policy is below.  If you need to contact us please use the contact us link at the top of the site and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours of our regular business hours)

Payments

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Paypal and Google Checkout.  If you use a credit card your statement will say THATSMYSHIRT.COM on your billing statement (Our Corporate Company) 

Order Time Frames / Cancellation Policy

Orders can take as fast as 1 day to ship out to about 30 days.  Most items ship out within 20 days and most of our product descriptions will have estimated shipping time frames.  If an item we know of tends to take over 20 days we will make it known in the product description.  We do not stock EVERYTHING in our store so keep these potential time frames in mind when ordering.  If you have a question about a particular items timeframe, send us an email before the order is placed.

We do not issue refunds unless an item we send is damaged and we cannot replace it or the item or items ordered is not available.  Occasionally backorders occur so this is sometimes possible.  We generally will not know this until after we order the product if its an item not in in house stock.  We will also issue a refund if you request it if 20 days has elapsed and the order has not yet shipped unless the product description page specifically states a longer time frame.  If you have no use for the items ordered and want to cancel, we can issue a store credit in lieu of the items ordered.  Just please notify us before the items ship.

If you order multiple items and one or more of the items is unavailable, we will remove the unavailable items are refund that portion of order.  We cannot cancel the entire order but will cancel the unavailable portion.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Returns Policy

You may return all unworn/unwashed t-shirts and merchandise within 15 days of delivery for store merchandise credit. We do not refund shipping.  If the item is damaged or the wrong item is received please contact us and we will arrange for a reshipment.

If you need to return an item or items please use the contact form above and include the following information:

1. Order Number

2. Your Name

3. Reason for the return

We will then send you a Return Authorization Code which will be included with your return.  Within 7 days of receipt of your return we will send you a coupon code or issue a credit to your store account which could be used for anything in the store.  The credit will be for the price of the merchandise returned.  We do not refund shipping and we do not issue refunds on returns.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. In most cases the order will ship with the USPS.  In some occasions we may ask for additional verification for your order due to potential fraud.  This is a protection for both you and us.  If we request more information from you please respond asap so we can continue to process your order.

We offer a flat rate shipping for all orders shipped in the United States.  Whether you order 1 t-shirt or 15 t-shirts the shipping rate will be the same.  For international orders shipping rates vary based on the package weight and the location that the package is going to.  To determine the shipping rate simply add the items to your cart and head to checkout.  The rates will be displayed before you check out.

With all US Shipments we will obtain a delivery confirmation number.  If your package is deemed delivered by the USPS the risk of loss passes on to you.  We cannot secure your location so please provide a safe, secure shipping address because once the USPS signs off on it as delivered we cannot be responsible for your package.

Other Frequently Asked Questions 

Do you have a size chart?

No, we do not have a size chart.  We initially included a size chart on the site, however we found that many manufacturers t-shirts were all different even within the same print.  With the vintage style t-shirt craze in full effect many manufacturers make t-shirts that differ in measurements even for the same style.  If the item is in stock here we may be able to get you the actual measurements, but most items we order so we generally do not know until we get your particular t-shirt.

What is a Backordered Item?

When we order and item, manufacturers will sometimes let us know that an item is sold out and is not due to reprint for a certain period of time.  This is considered a backorder.  In some cases the manufacturer will immediately tell us that an item is backordered, but many times they will not tell us until we receive the shipment from them.  This is the t-shirt industry and yeah it stinks but bare with us if this happens.  We have no control over these type of backordered items. 

My item arrived but looks slightly different than the picture on the site?

We use stock images in most cases so at times the manufacturers actual prints or t-shirt styles vary from the pictures they supply us with.  99% of the time they are accurate but at times there are slight differences.  When ordering please keep this in mind.

Where is my order shipped from?

Our warehouse is about 30 minutes north of Philadelphia, PA.  Most of the items you order will ship from this location.  Some items we sell ship directly from the distributors all of which are based in the USA.
